Product Introduction:

1.This machine comes with triangle, quadrilateral, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, circle, runway shape, oval eight standard fixed graphics (shape size can be adjusted), but also can customize any folding Angle graphics or functions. This machine can process aluminum alloy, thin stainless steel and other 
materials, with feeding size precision processing graphics stable, efficient, convenient characteristics.

2.The products processed by this machine are widely used, mainly suitable for advertising we media industry, crystal porcelain face frame industry, home decoration industry and other aluminum industry required.

Notes for Attention:

1.After receiving the machine, contact the technician before, no power on without communication.

2.The machine must be grounded reliably.

3.This machine is a one-way bending machine and can only operate in one direction.

4.Profiles and molds need to be used together, not mixed. There are more than one size on a mold, please fit the profile into the matching position.

Operating principle:

1.The machine has five feeding driving wheels, three above and two below and synchronously run in the same direction, driven by a motor (with 1:40 reducer).

2.The feeding wheel is driven by chain sprocket and the upper and lower wheels can be compressed and separated by cylinder control 
for replacing the mold wheel. The folding wheel is geared and controlled by proximity switch.

3.Running action: the feeding wheel first sends the known fixed size, and then the bending wheel moves up to fold the profile to the 
corresponding Angle. If the bending wheel returns to the origin, the profile forms a corresponding Angle and a circle Angle. If the bending wheel does not return to the origin to continue feeding, the corresponding diameter of the circle or arc is obtained. In short, 
through the feeding wheel conveying straight edge, and folding dome wheel rounded Angle or arc to achieve the desired final shape of the profile.

4.The machine is controlled by PIC system with two motor drives and two servo motors. It is operated by touch screen to select circle and input (modify) size.

Control Instructions:

1.The input power supply is 220V/50HZ AC, and the input air supply is 0.6Mpa to 0.8Mpa.
2.The machine is divided into an external button area and a CNC panel area. The four buttons in the external button area are the emergency stop button, reset button and start button and machining button.
3.The external buttons correspond to the touch buttons in the NC panel, which is an extension of the touch buttons.

Operation Instructions:

1.Emergency stop button refers to the emergency stop during the operation of the machine. After pressing emergency stop, the equipment will stop in an emergency. At the same time, "Stop" will be displayed on the touch screen. The emergency stop button is in selflocking mode. When unlocking, you need to rotate the arrow of the emergency stop button to eject and release the self-locking.

2.Press the reset button before each startup to ensure that the bending wheel is at the mechanical origin, so as to ensure the first bending accuracy. After the bending wheel performs the bending action in manual mode, press the reset button, and then the mechanical origin of the bending cycle is located. After performing an action in automatic bending mode, the program will automatically return to the origin. No need to press the reset button.

3.Push-button start button. The external start button is the same as the internal start button on the touch screen. After the device is turned on, the start button should be lit for mode switching and automatic processing.

4.The button machining button is only effective in automatic mode. After parameter setting is completed, press the machining button to complete the machining action and automatically return to the origin.
